Middle Eastern Open Sabich Breakfast
> Middle eastern open sabich breakfast with thinly sliced eggplant + potato chips, dill pickles, house made tomato + sumac salsa on sourdough, topped with za’atar poached egg and green tahini <
The Middle Eastern open sabich breakfast is the most perfect savoury dish I could have asked for. The eggplant is perfectly smoked and the salsa just compliments this dish so well! The green tahini was a perfect addition to break down the flavours and textures a bit. I seriously loved everything about this meal, so if you love a good Middle Eastern meal, then you must try this one!!

Oat + Quinoa Porridge
> Organic oats & quinoa porridge with full cream milk oat + quinoa porridge with almond biscotti crumbs, roasted almond flakes, sliced banana + honey <
As you can probably tell, I have recently been obsessed with all things porridge. This porridge is a very unique and healthy dish. The porridge has so much flavour and you can really taste the sweetness from the honey. The biscotti crumbs add a really nice soft crunch to the meal and sweeten it a bit more. The banana is great to break down the textures and make the porridge more filling and thick. This porridge is really nice and I am definitely going to go back just for this if I’m ever craving a decent porridge!

Buckwheat Pancake Stack
> French buckwheat pancake stack with fresh berries, crème fraiche, caramelized banana, peanut butter + honey <
The pancake stack is just a wow dish. The presentation is impeccable and it is so bright and fun. The pancakes were very dense and filling. The crème fraiche helps to soften them and make it a bit lighter. However, I do not believe these flavours went well together as they both had a very savoury flavour. The caramelized banana was a perfect addition as the flavours burst in your mouth and give the dish a bit of life. Similarly, the fresh fruit helped sweeten the meal and helped make it easier to eat seeming the stack is so thick. Now for the best part. Peanut butter. How amazing is peanut butter?! I have found a new appreciation for peanut butter and absolutely love it on anything, so you can assume that it was a hit with these pancakes!
