Smashed Avocado and Haloumi

A simplely presented dish that will leave you feeling very satisfied. This smashed avo had a really nice creamy consistency and a hint of lemon to its flavour. The haloumi was cooked perfectly and the quality was amazing. The cheese was not rubbery at all, which worked so well with the crunchiness of the toast. The poached eggs were great to make the dish more substantial and the pomegranates sprinkled over the top gave the dish a pop of sweetness. Overall, a very satisfying and delicious meal that I would recommend trying.

Breakfast Greens

As spring is starting to show its warmer days, we decided it would be a good idea to start getting that summer bod ready by ordering something a little healthier than usual. A plate full of green vegetables and a smear of beetroot hummus can make anyone’s day a lot better. The vegetables had a nice crunchy texture and all the flavours blended really well together.

Chicken Bao

These chicken baos are probably some of the best I have ever tried so I would urge you to go and try them asap! The chicken was so soft and the crumbs were not too thick nor too crispy. The bao bun was sweet and enhanced the flavours of the chicken. The sauce melted into both the chicken and the bao, which made a perfect combination. You can get this meal to share or have on your own but I reckon you’ll enjoy it too much to be nice and share them.

Smoked Salmon Croissant Benedict

A dish recommended by the staff on the specials menu did not fail to deliver a high quality and satisfying meal. The sweetness from the perfectly flaky croissant and the sweetness from the salmon worked perfectly together. The poached eggs and hollandaise sauce melted into croissant was absolutely heavenly and I could not leave a spot of food on the plate because everything was just that delicious.
