Granola

Granola is always a go to dish for me because it does not feel too heavy, however, it fills me up until my next meal. The portion size of this dish was perfect as it was not too small, nor too large. The granola clusters in this dish were really crunchy and had a lot of flavour. The frozen yogurt popsicle topped this dish off nicely as it added a sweet yogurt flavour, which helped thicken the dish up a bit and add more dimension and flavour. The seasonal fruit was so refreshing and it was so nice to add extra sweetness and make the dish more filling. Overall, I really enjoyed this dish and would recommend trying it if you want something light and healthier.

Nutella Donut Balls

OMG first of all, the description of this dish blew me away, so when it came out and I saw the presentation, I was even more shocked. I didn’t think I could be surprised anymore, until I actually took a bite. These donuts tasted like a ball of sugar and chocolate just exploded in your mouth. I could not recommend these enough if you want dessert, because they are a seriously incredible treat and I wish I could have them all day every day without putting on weight!

Vegan Power Bowl

I never really go for a really ‘healthy’ option at a café because there are too many sweet dishes that I want to try, so it was nice to mix it up a bit and eat a savoury and healthy dish. The elements in this dish really scream my name. crispy potatoes are always a great addition to any dish to make it more filling and thicken the meal up. The mix of spinach, kale, and avocado made me feel really energized and ready to take on the day. The entire dish was really nice and I am glad I tried something a little different because not all healthy dishes are bland!
