Blue Hippie Smoothie Bowl
> Blue hippie smoothie bowl with blue algee extract, grapes, mango, avocado, pineapple, coconut, coconut yogurt, coconut milk, cacao nibs, puffed buckwheat, GF granola + berries <
We could not come back here and not get the blue hippie bowl. The colour is seriously beautiful and the portion size is massive. The bowl is packed with a lot of elements, however, it makes for a very healthy and satisfying meal. The consistency is quite runny, however, it does have a gooey texture. The smoothie itself does not have a ton of flavour, but the extensive amount of toppings help to add flavour and boost the dish.

Smokey Benny
> Smokey benny with slow braised smoked ham hock, poached eggs, fennel + celery slaw, chipotle hollandaise, multigrain sourdough <
When this dish first came out, I was in awe of how amazing they present it at the table. The smoke is wonderful to watch as it is absorbed into the air. As soon as the cover is lifted you can smell the smoke infused into the ham. The ham was cooked to perfection. It just melts in the mouth and is not hard to cut at all. The fennel and celery slaw add a crunch to the dish, as well as a more savoury flavour. The hollandaise is nice and sweet, which enhances the smoky flavour of the ham. The sourdough was however, a little soggy, but that could be due to the fact it took a while to take photos! Overall, this is a seriously good benedict and definitely one to try if you’re an eggs benedict fan.

Deconstructed Sushi
> Deconstructed sushi with seared sesame crusted yellowfin tuna, forbidden black rice, avocado + yuzu mousse, pickled ginger, fresh carrot + cucumber, soy reduction, nori + wasabi vinaigrette <
This dish is one that I would not normally order because it I am not very adventurous when it comes to trying different creations. However, I was really surprised with how much I enjoyed this dish. The tuna was cooked to absolute perfection and just melted in the mouth, leaving a really nice flavour on the palate, making you want to go back for more! The black rice worked incredibly well with the dish and was so nice and packed with flavour. the wasabi vinaigrette was probably the best addition to the meal as it combined all the flavours together very nicely. Overall, this is probably my favourite dish from here, and I could not recommend it enough!

Superfood Granola
> Superfood granola with pandan + vanilla bean panna cotta, mango coulis, goji berries, mixed seeds + nuts, berries, passion fruit + almond matcha <
How vibrant is this dish?! The green colour is seriously beautiful and I cannot get enough of it! The granola is super sweet and I really enjoyed every bite of it. The panna cotta did not have a heap of flavour, however, the sweetness of the granola helped to bring flavour to the dish and really combine the flavours together. The mango coulis was a great addition to help tie the flavours and add a pop of sweetness.
