Red Velvet Pancakes

> Red velvet pancakes with coconut meringue, freeze dried fruits, raspberry, white chocolate soil + mascarpone <

The red velvet pancakes were very fluffy and had a nice rich flavour. they tasted like mini cakes, topped with a delicious mascarpone to help break down the thickness of the pancakes. The fruit was a great addition to add a little extra sweetness to the dish and make it refreshing.

Green Smoothie Bowl

> Green smoothie bowl with kale, kiwi fruit, blueberry, dragon fruit, quinoa candy, seeded granola + chia <

The green smoothie bowl is a great energy booster and will keep you full for the entire day. It is quite runny, however, the fruit and granola on top help to thicken the dish. The granola had a nice nutty flavour and I really enjoyed this part of the dish to break down the flavours. However, once the fruit was finished, the smoothie alone became quite watery and almost grainy from all the elements being blended.

Baked Eggs

> Baked eggs with chickpea, tomato + cumin cassoulet, barberries, Moroccan carrot, coriander, walnut dukkah + flatbread <

The baked eggs were a stand out dish as it was packed with flavour. It was just what we felt like to fill us up. The eggs were cooked to perfection and the tomato was super flavoursome. With all the spices, the dish did get a little heated, however, it was nothing that we couldn’t handle. The addition of carrot was really nice to add something different to the meal and help break down the strong flavours. The flatbread was perfect and soaked up the baked eggs really nicely.
