Pumpkin and Coconut Pancakes
> Pumpkin and coconut vegan pancakes with organic coyo coconut ice cream rolled in white + black sesame seeds, fresh blueberries, walnuts, coconut chips, dehydrated banana + pure Canadian maple syrup <
When I saw this dish on the menu I was a bit sceptical of the flavour combination, however, I am not afraid to try new things, so I was very eager to try these pancakes! The pancakes were quite fluffy, which I was surprised about because pumpkin is a very thick vegetable. The sweetness of the pumpkin and the sweetness of the coconut work surprisingly well together. This proved to me that I need to trust that a flavour combination is on the menu for a reason and I should always give the different dishes a try. The coconut ice cream was to die for. It was thin and smooth, which helped melt into the pancakes and really boost the coconut flavours. All the fruit surrounding it was perfect to add a refreshing element and help break down the flavours more. The maple syrup just added more sweetness to the dish which I was not mad about because sweet food is the best food. If you’re in the mood for a sweet dish then definitely try this one because you will not regret it! Trust me on this one :)

Smashed Avocado
> Smashed avo with beetroot pesto, radish, blanched broccolini, free range poached eggs, goats cheese + activated almonds <
When this smashed avo came out, my jaw had dropped. The portion size of this was massive and I can assure you I was very excited about that seeming I am obsessed with anything related to avocado. The beetroot pesto was full of flavour and added a nice sweet flavour to the dish. The poached eggs were cooked perfectly and blended nicely with the avocado. It’s nice to see broccolini added to a smashed avo dish because it makes it unique and adds so much flavour. broccolini is really delicious and is a very very good addition to this meal. The almonds and goats cheese top off the dish nicely and make the dish more energising and flavoursome. I can safely say this was my favourite out of the three dishes and is definitely the dish to try! The different elements work incredibly well together and is a really satisfying and filling dish.

Acai Bowl
> Organic acai bowl with fresh mixed berries, banana, kiwi fruit, pepitas, activated almonds, pomegranates + coconut <
As the weather is getting warmer, I decided it was a good idea to try the acai bowl to cool down and be a little healthier for summer. The smoothie was very watery, however, the generous amount of fruit on top helped to thicken it up and make it more substantial. This dish isn’t packed with heaps of flavour, but it is very healthy and energizing, especially with the coconut bits, which is where the sweeter flavours came from.
