Superfood Bowl

> Super food bowl with seasonal greens, quinoa, avocado, kale, feta, cottage cheese, walnut, black barley, seeds + poached eggs <

I was in a healthy mood so I decided to try the super food bowl. This bowl is really energising and is packed with flavour. The combination of all the greens works perfectly together and the flavours just blend so nicely. The feta helps to combine all the lose elements and add a creamy texture to the dish. The poached egg was perfect to add extra protein to the dish and make it more substantial. This dish was huge so you will definitely leave here feeling amazing!

Giant Brekky Tray

> Giant brekky tray with eggs, sausage, bacon, spinach, avocado, chilli bean, hash brown on toast <

The giant brekky tray is perfect to satisfy any breakfast cravings! The tray is packed with delicious and classic elements. The sausage was super juicy and the flavours just melts in your mouth. The hash brown was not over cooked and was nice and crispy on the outside. These elements worked nicely with the toast, avocado and spinach, to make a very satisfying and perfect big breakfast.

Pulled Pork Benedict

> Pulled pork benedict with poached eggs, toasted brioche, braised pulled pork, hollandaise, chilli slaw, lime + coriander dressing <

The pulled pork benedict was quite sweet and very filling. The brioche and hollandaise was a great contrasting flavour combination as the sweet and savoury elements balanced each other out perfectly. The eggs were poached to perfection and were really satisfying to pop. Despite my hate for it, the coriander dressing was surprisingly delicious and worked really well with this dish. This is a great twist on the classic eggs benedict and is definitely one to try.

Panna Cotta

> Vanilla sponge n banana cream with honey panna cotta, grilled banana, berries, waffle, coulis + chocolate soil <

The panna cotta dish was an interesting one. The sponge was super delicious and extremely fluffy, which is what I love to see because it makes it so much more enjoyable to eat. The panna cota was a little bland, however, the berries, coulis, and chocolate soil helped to even out these flavours and give the dish a bit more of a pop.
