Granola Acai Bowl
> Granola acai bowl with honey granola, vanilla yogurt, chia seeds, banana + acai puree, strawberry, kiwi, hazelnut + goji berries <
The granola acai bowl. Seeming as it is getting colder not many people want something too icey or cold. This is where Jane and Co has done it right. Their acai was just blended acai berries with no icey substance, so yes it was a little dry, but its great for this horrible weather. The granola was super delicious. The flavours were nice and sweet and not too crunchy. There was a decent amount of granola so I was a very happy piggy! The yogurt was quite strong and helped to blend the flavours together as well as combine all the sweet fresh fruit on top. Overall, I enjoyed their take on an acai bowl

Truffled Wild Mushrooms
> Truffled wild mushroom with wilted spinach, asparagus, polenta, gorgonzola, Swiss brown, oyster mushroom, tempura enoki + truffle balsamic glaze <
The truffled mushrooms was the dish I was most excited for. I am obsessed with mushrooms so everything about this screamed my name. the presentation was absolutely beautiful and the taste was even better. The mushrooms were cooked to perfection and the balsamic glaze topped it off nicely. All the side toppings were very interesting especially the tempura enoki which I surprisingly enjoyed a lot. Overall, this dish was very flavoursome and I would recommend trying it if you go here!

Avo Avo
> Avo avo with smashed avocado, feta, mint, chili, parsley, pepitas dukkah, sesame yizi pesto, beetroot crisps + a poached egg <
The smashed avo. A classic dish that every café in Melbourne must have otherwise they aren’t considered a Melbourne café. As soon as this dish came out I was in awe. The presentation was absolutely beautiful and I didn’t even realise it was an avocado dish! The consistency of the avo was perfect especially with the feta blended in and the bread was not too crunchy. The beetroot hummus was a great addition to add a somewhat sweet/sour element to the meal. The corn was perfect to fill the dish up, and the peach was something different. It was very refreshing and added a nice sweetness to the meal. This dish was very well executed and I loved it.

Croquettes
> Croquettes with pumpkin, cauliflower, cream + bacon bits <
The croquets were an interesting menu item. Normally I wouldn’t try something like this for breakfast but I was pleasantly surprised. The portion size was just right and the presentation was super cute. The consistency was nice and smooth, just like an arancini ball. The flavours were perfect and the outside was crispy and mouth watering. Overall, these were quite delicious and I am now more inclined to try them at an earlier time of day.
