Fifth Chapter- Bentleigh
Nutella Pannacotta
> Nutella Pannacotta with Sophia’s granola, banana curd, raspberry jelly + fresh seasonal fruit (NOTE: no longer available) <
The only kind of pannacotta I will eat is if it is Nutella flavoured because I am not a fan of regular pannacotta. When I heard this was being taken off the menu I was so upset so I had to get it before it was gone! The texture was super smooth and the soft/crunchy granola contrasted this perfectly. The flavour of the panna was so strong and tasted like Nutella in mousse form. The fresh fruit surrounding it was perfect to break down these strong flavours and added a really nice refreshing element to the meal. Overall, I really enjoyed this dish and I do hope they bring it back next summer so you all can give it a try!

Avocado Deluxe
> Avocado Deluxe with smashed edamame beans, avocado, capsicum feta whip and poached eggs on multigrain <
Avo is always a good classic to try wherever you go because it is so reliable and you cannot really go wrong with it. This one was very interesting as it was very pureed and mixed with edamame beans. The edamame beans gave the meal a bit of a different flavour, however, this twist is very well done and quite unique. The poached eggs oozed over the avocado created a blend that was irresistible. I highly recommend giving this place a try because the food, atmosphere and service is amazing!

Mama's Burger
> Mama’s Burger with 250gm beef patty, tasty cheese, bacon, lettuce, tomato, red onion, Mama’s sauce on toasted milk bun and shoe string fries <
It is always a hard decision when there are 2 burger options on the menu. I decided I would try the fresher looking burger rather than another fried one. The portion sizes here are massive so of course you’d expect the burger to be as well. The patty is super thick and very filling. The bacon added another incredible flavour that paired so well with the beef. The bun was sweet so it broke down the super savoury and salty flavours nicely. The salad elements were refreshing and complemented this burger well. The sauce however, I was a little iffy about but that could’ve been because I demolished dessert before I got to main!
