8 Murray St- Abbotsford
Chia Pudding
> Chia Pudding <
A dish not many people gravitate towards because it is quite plain and simple. This creation, however, was creamy and had a heap of rhubarb puree on top so it added a lot of flavour to the overall dish. I love chia puddings because the texture is a lot of fun, however, it may not fill you up completely, but it will give you energy for the day.

Porridge
> Porridge with poached pear, rhubarb and nuts <
The concept of this place is beyond amazing. An old house converted into the cutest café with an absolutely stunning court yard that is even beautiful in the winter on those cold days because don’t you worry about shivering, they have blankets to keep you warm while you enjoy the atmosphere and your delicious meal. This porridge is just what we needed to warm up on this absolutely freezing and rainy day. The porridge was creamy and the flavours were strong. The poached pear was absolutely heavenly and blended with the rhubarb into the porridge really nicely. I couldn’t have asked for a better meal to satisfy my cold Melbourne day needs.

Ooh La La
> Ooh La La- Croissant French toast with berry compote, Chantilly cream and Nutella ganache <
Ooh La La is right! The sound of this dish got me really excited and when it came out I couldn’t wait to dig into it. The croissant French toast was such a great and unique concept! The bread was gooey and just ripped apart so nicely, just as nicely as it melted as soon as you took a bite. The chocolate sauce poured over the top was quite thin and soaked into the bread, which enhanced the flavours immensely.
