Smashed Avocado

Hidden in the backstreets of Prahran, Pierrick Boyer is a dessert cafe with some amazing brunch food and desserts. With everything made on site, you cannot miss out on this delicious feast. The flavours in this meal were quite strong and the entire meal was quite filling. Do not let the construction prevent you from visiting, this place is a must!

Eggs Benedict
> Eggs benedict with 2 free range poached eggs on multigrain toast with gruyere cheese ham hock and smoked hollandaise < This dish really blew me away. The ham hock was so smoky and really rich in flavour. The hollandaise complemented this amazingly because it was sweet and smoky, which blended the flavours together. I demolished the entire meal so that really says something! If you’re down for one of the best eggs benedict’s you have tried, head down here and see what I’m talking about!

Ricotta Hotcakes
> Ricotta Hotcakes with seasonal fruit, mixed nuts, spiced syrup and chai cream < These hotcakes, wow, they were a stand out to me. The centre was very moist and gooey and the outside was fluffy and a little crispy. The flavours were very strong and the spiced syrup was sweet and soaked into the hotcake to create that moist texture. Obviously this hotcake is going to be delicious because they specialise in desserts. Even if you don’t feel like such a heavy meal, check out some of their smaller creations.
